Donald Trump Takes on Jeff Bezos

Donald Trump Takes on Jeff Bezos

I would classify this as more of a "what-if" than an actual story. It still gives a glimpse into the way Trump acts/reacts and thinks. It's no surprise that the Washington Post has not held back in their reporting on the Trump campaign thus far. If you've ever seen his Twitter feed, it also is not a surprise that Donald Trump has not reacted well to the criticism levied by the Post. It appears as though Trump has taken much of the disgust with the Washington Post and directed it at one man, Jeff Bezos. It's also known that Jeff Bezos is the CEO of Amazon. In a recent interview, Trump declared that Amazon was conducting business illegally, as a monopoly. The "what-if" comes into play in a Trump White House. Would the Trump administration actually go after Amazon because Jeff Bezo's may or may not have (most likely not) instructed the newspaper he owns to write certain stories about Trump?  Imagine the precedent that would set for journalism in America.
